If your images are grey in OSP, there are going to be three possible reasons for it.
1. You haven't uploaded the image yet.
If you select Add/Merge Subject Data Only, and your data has the image names in it, it will create the grey boxes as placeholders for the image. Make sure the image has been uploaded.
2. You don't have the image name the exact same in the data file.
If you haven't included the .JPG or the .PNG extension in your data, or there's a spelling error, OSP won't accept the image. Double check the spelling and extensions between your images and data file. If you need to add the extensions:
First column A = file names
Second column B = add file extension name like .jpeg
Next column C = formula (=A1&B1)
3. You aren't using the correct file extension.
Order Pix only allows for .JPGs, unless the file is an image that has had the green screen extracted already (then it will take .PNGs). The system does not support .JPEGs.
NEXT:
The next step is to make sure the image file names match exactly what was in the data and then re-upload just the image files.
We do not recommend changing and re-uploading the data, as that will create more image records and the grey boxes will still be there.
If you're you're still getting the grey boxes, please call us at 800-728-2722, and ask for the Underclass team!
