What information does Customer Service want when I am asking about my order?

When asking about your order, here is the information that Customer Service will be asking for. Some of these you won't have, just because of the timing.

1. The Order Number
   1. ACI Flex orders start with a 117- number
   2. OrderSchoolPix, GotPhoto, and BackgroundTown orders start with 86-
   3. Flow orders start with 56-
      • The Flow order number will be a five-digit number starting with 17-
   4. Underclass Finishing orders start with 230- and 240-
   5. If you haven't received an email confirmation from us, then we'll ask for
2. Your Account Number
   • If you don't have that, your studio name will be great, or
3. The Reference Text
   • This is what you would've named the order
4. The time you sent the order
   • If all else fails, we can check that time.

If you have the Invoice number (611- numbers), we'll also take that, but we usually won't ask for it.
