If there's an issue with your order, and it arrives damaged, you're missing something, or there's another problem with the item you received, you can submit a remake request. We will remake your items at no charge!
To submit a remake request:
- Log into your account, and select "Check Orders." There you will see a list of your recent orders, and any orders that have been shipped out will have the option to Submit a Makeover Request.
If your order arrives damaged from shipping:
- Attach photos of the damage. We need pictures of the damage to the box, packaging materials, and your order items. If only part of the order is damaged, we will need to know which product(s) need to be remade
If you're missing an item:
- No pictures are needed. Just let us know which product(s) need to be resent to you.
If something else is wrong:
Please send us photos of the issue. A member of our Customer Service team will take a look and make sure that we are able to pinpoint where the issue came from so we can make sure your order is how you and your client need it.
