How do I submit a remake or reorder in OPS / Order Pix Suite?

For prints or packages

• Go to orderschoolpix.com

• Hit Sign In on the top right of the page

• Log in using your account number for both the username and password

• Select Projects on the top

• Find the school the remake is for and select reorder behind it

• Select the subject name in the dropdown

• Select the image to use

• Select the item to print

• Add additional items as needed: Crop, Retouch, Personalize, Options for coating or mounting:

• Once done hit continue

• Fill out the studio reference text as needed
• Select if it is a reorder or remake
• Select ship to studio or drop ship (fill out drop ship address if needed)
• Hit submit order
• Print out order confirmation page

For Service items:

1. Go to orderschoolpix.com
2. Log in using your account number for both the username and password
3. Select projects on the top
4. Find the school the remake is for and select reorder behind it
5. Select the bottom option for service items
6. Select the service item(s) needed for remake or reorder
7. Select what subject option that applies for the service item
8. Select if it is a reorder or remake
9. Select any needed reference text
10. Select ship to studio or drop ship (fill out drop ship address if needed)
11. Hit submit order
12. Print out order confirmation page
