How do I submit a service item job using data and images from OPS?

1. Log into OrderPix Suite
2. Find the project in the project list
3. Select “subjects” to the right of the project name
4. Find the subject actions drop down and select “Download Service Item Files”.
5. If it is a greenscreen project, it will give you two options:
   • Download service item files with grey background, or
   • Download service items with blue background. (If it is a non-greenscreen project it will only say download service item files.)
6. If there are multiple images per subject, it will only download one based on the specifications shown on the page where you chose to download the files.
7. A zip file will download to your downloads folder
8. Put your images and data somewhere on your computer so you can find them.
   • They cannot be in a zip folder.
9. Once the images are in place go to the underclass finishing form. 
   • If it asks you to log in it is the same info as your acilab.com log in.
10. Once logged in hit the square that says “Underclass Finishing Forms”
11. Here are a couple of things to know about filling out the form:

• For proof plan order select "no"
• For order type select "CSV file" 
• For image transfer select "upload images"
• For service item only select “yes”

At the end of the form it will take you to a confirmation screen. Make sure everything looks correct than hit "submit".

This will take you to a page that says "order submitted" and gives you your order number. We recommend to either print this page out or write the order number down in case you need it later.
