How to download an admin export through OrderPixSuite

Go into your OrderSchoolPix account.
Make sure you are in the projects list page.
Click Subjects to the right of the project.
On the top right click where it says subject Actions
Select Download PSPA Yearbook files
This will take you to a screen that tells you about the export
Click the enable downloads box
Click Yes, Enable Downloads
This page will tell you the format of the files and if there is more than 1 image per subject how it chooses which one to use.
Once you read this , If it is a greenscreen project it will give you 2 download options for 2 different backgrounds if it is not a green screen project it will give you one options to click Download School Admin files. Select the one that is needed.
This will then download a zip file of the images and data to your downloads folder.
There are multiple txt files as the same image format is used for different systems. You can send all of them to the school as they should know which one to use based on the system they use .
