- Log into your OrderPixSuite account
- Click “Projects” if you are not on the projects list page
- Click the “Subjects” button to the right of the project
- Check and see if the correct subject name the image belongs to already exists.
- If the correct subject name does not exist then you need to create a subject manually. If it does exist skip to step 11
- Click the “Subject Actions” drop down on the top right.
- Select “Add Subject Manually”
- Fill out the needed info for this new subject, password is really the only required field
- Click save on the bottom
- Up on the top, above where it says “Edit subject,” click the blue link that is on the word “Subjects”
- Find the subject that has the image you need to reassign to the correct subject.
- Click “Edit” next to that subject.
- Select the image that needs to be moved
- On the right-hand side a thumbnail image and image data page will show
- Edit the data to have the correct name and team name.
- Go down to where it says “Re-Assign Image” to and click on that
- Find the correct subject name and click on it in the drop down (they should be in alphabetical order by first name)
- Click “save” below the “Re-assign Image” area
