You will need to go in and set up each school as an organization. Below is a walk through on how to do this.
- Open FLOW
- Click Preferences on the top right
- On the left side Click Organizations
- You can use the drop down to see if the organization is already listed
- If it is listed hit the pencil icon to edit any needed information for it.
- Make sure for Organization Type you have it listed as School.
- If you do not see one there hit the plus sign to add an organization and fill out all of the needed information here. If shipping to a school you will want to make sure the address is listed for the organization.
- Make sure to hit save after any changes are made

When you set up a project this is how you set it up to make sure we have the right organization listed for the address if we are shipping to studio.
- Select create new project
- For organization select the school from the drop down. if the school does not appear here that means you have to go to the preferences and set the organization up for that school.
- Fill out the rest of the project info like normal
- Click create
If you have a project already set up and need to update the organization for the project you would do the following.
- Check to make sure the organization is set up in the preferences area.
- Once it is set up go to the view Projects page to see all your projects
- Hover over the project
- Click on the icon that has a white background and two checkmarks
- This will open the General preferences for this project
- Select the organization in the drop down.
- Click Save.
Then when you check out and select ship to school in the shipping destination drop down it will know to go pull the address from the organization that is listed as the school organization for that project.
