1. Use this link to go to the form http://ucform.orderschoolpix.com/ucforms/auth
2. Log in using your email address and the password.
3. Select the top left square that says underclass finishing form
4. Type in the school name and hit next
5. Select no for proof plan (this is if you need proof envelopes) Hit next.
6. Order type. Select CSV. Then hit next
7. Image transfer. Select use images from previous order. Hit next.
8. In the white box where it says reference text & order number type either type in the order number or reference text for the order the images are in.
9. Hit add to list
10. If there is another order with images such as a retake also put in that other order number or reference text in the white box and add to list. Once all previous jobs are added to the box where it says previous shoot’s order numbers hit next
11. Confirm the listed jobs are correct. Select Yes. Hit next.
12. Reshoot or absentee. Select no. Hit next
13. Last shoot. Hit yes. Hit next.
14. Images already cropped. Select Yes. (These would have already been cropped on the original order.) Hit next.
15. Head and shoulder recrop. Hit no. Hit yes.
16. Sorting priority. Doesn’t matter what you select here. Hit next.
17. Upload to orderschool pix. Select No. (These would have already been uploaded on the original order.) Hit next.
18. Require Additional services. Select No. Hit next.
19. Special instructions. Leave blank. Hit next.
20. Require school service items. Select No. Hit next.
21. Classroom composites. Select yes. Hit next
22. From there answer the questions as they come up for what is needed for the composotes. Let me know if you have any questions.
22. Make sure at the end you confirm the order and print out the page that gives the order number to keep on file.
