Here is how to merge separate email addresses together into a single column so OPS will be able to send your emails to both of the parents.

After collecting the Data, create an additional column in your spread sheet for merged email addresses.
- In the first cell of the column Type the First email address in the first email column (email1) into the new Email Column and add a Semicolon to the end of the email address.
- Next Type the first email address in the 2nd email Column right after the Semicolon. After typing in both email addresses separated by a Semicolon, Press the Enter button to save your changes.
- Now Click on the Cell you just saved and Press the Ctrl button and the letter E at the same time. All the email addresses listed in your first two email addresses columns will immediately and automatically fill into your new combined email address column.

Save your New Combined Email Addresses Data File as a .CSV file and proceed to Uploading your new file to OPS.
If you have already uploaded your data to OPS and now need to change it with your new combined email addresses file, you will need to Append your original data in OPS to add the new email address column.
