How do I set up Order Pix Suite?

After contacting ACI to create your account in the Order Pix Suite, go to any of the URLs below:

• http://macpi.ordersportspix.com/
• http://macpi.orderdancepix.com/

Click where it says Sign In on the top right. This will take you to the photographers log in screen where you will put your username and password.

Username: ###### (account #)

Password: ###### (account #)

(You can change your password after logging in under My Account > Password.)

To log in, go to any URL above and click Photographer in the top right, then enter your username and password.

You can find tutorials on our Order Pix Suite YouTube page  and in our Underclass Help Center. Some videos may look slightly different due to recent updates.

First-time setup steps:

1. Email & Studio Info: Under My Account > Information, enter a studio email. This information is visible to customers.
2. Payment Setup: Connect your Stripe account.
3. Price List: You may create multiple price lists, but only one can be used per order. Refer to the pricing tutorial if needed.
4. Background Set (Green Screen Only): Skip this if you do not use green screen.

We’ve also set up an Underclass Packaging Envelope for your orders. The default message reads:

Photos may still be ordered or reordered by visiting our online ordering website.
Go to www.studiourl.orderschoolpix.com and enter your password.
ACI will print the password on the envelope.
