How do I set up Order Pix Suite?

After contacting ACI to create your account in the Order Pix Suite, go to any of the URLs below:

• http://macpi.orderdancepix.com/

Click where it says Sign In on the top right. This will take you to the photographers log in screen where you will put your username and password.

Username: ###### (account #)

Password: ###### (account #)

This can be edited once logged in, by going to My Account and under password, type your new password & save.

You can visit our Order Pix Suite YouTube page by clicking here.  Some of the tutorials may look a little different than what you see, as they were created before we updated some of the options & features.

Steps to take after logging in for the 1^st time:

1. Set up email & studio information: Under My Account “information” you must enter a studio email. The information you load on this page is viewable to your customers, so be sure to only show studio information that you want your customers to use for contacting you.
2. Set up payment with Stripe (attached document)
3. Set up pricelist: You may offer more than one price list for your jobs, but you may only apply 1 pricelist per order. For help setting up your pricing & packages, please refer to the tutorial video by clicking here.
4. Set up background set: This is only if you use green screen. If you do not use green screen please ignore this area. For help setting up green screen background please refer to the tutorial video by  clicking here.

In addition to setting up Order Pix Suite we set up an Underclass Packaging Envelope for you. This envelope is what we will insert your prints into before shipping your order. The default message is:

Photos may still be ordered or reordered by visiting our online ordering website.

Go to www.studiourl.orderschoolpix.com and enter your password:

**ACI will print their password on the envelope.

If you need to edit this default message please reply with the changes you need so we may send a proof of the changes.
