Instructions:

1. The column headers need to be in row 1
2. Each subject must have their own line of data
3. There cannot be any blank rows of data between subjects
4. If the subject has more than 1 pose, you can list them both on the same line under Image Name. Just separate the image names with a semicolon no spaces. Example IMG_0260.jpg;IMG0261.jpg
5. The file must be saved as a .CSV (Comma delimited)
6. The data will not upload if there are special characters, these include: , " ^ & * = | >  ? ( ) ' ~ [ ] / \

Instructions:

1. Each subject must have their own line of data.
2. If the subject has more than 1 pose, each image of that subject will have its own line of data.  EX. Line 1-3 for Julia Reardon
3.  Whatever data is in the ticketcode is what will be used for ImageQuix or Orderschoolpix Passwords. If you create your own passwords they must be entered into the ticketcode column in the data in order for ACI to use them as your password, otherwise when filling out the Underclass finishing form there is a spot where you can tell ACI to create the ticketcode.
4. Packages must be laid out as: Package-Quantity; For Multiple packages: Package-Quantity;Package-Quantity
5. In order to send groups & individuals on the same order, the data must reflect group data for both the individual and for the group.
   1. 1. The Group has the team name/Dance Group (like Get in the Groove or Swing Town) in the Team Name field. If you list a coach that will go into the Teacher field and the Group image data will be in the Group Image field. If the individual image has a 2nd group image that goes with it it goes in the Custom1 field. You must also include the group images below the individual image rows. 
      2. Example: Julia Reardon's individual image is IMG_0260.jpg, Her Coach or Teacher is Mrs. Krull, Her Team Name/Dance Group (Grade) is Get in the Groove, and her group jpg is listed under Group Image. The Group mage field must contain the full file name, including the '.jpg' in order for it to upload to OSP. Then there will be a line of data that says Get in the groove that then has the jpg name for the group image in it and under Image Type it says Group.
6. Everyone must have a package selected. Those subjects who aren't ordering a package should have a Package X; which is a no buy package.
7. There cannot be any blank rows of data between subjects.
8. You do not have to use every field available. Use the column headers that you need, but they must stay as they are currently named in order to match up in our software system. If they are incorrect and we have to edit the column headers or any details in your data, you may incur a charge to have ACI fix these.
9. Custom1 through Custom8 can be used as additional group fields in cases where an individual may have a "primary" group, but you'd like to allow them to order prints from other group images. The data for the "primary" group (to be used for memory mates) will always appear in the groupimage field, and the full file names for the additional groups will appear in the Custom fields.
   1. 1. Example: Julia Reardon has 3 separate images and each one has a "primary" image listed. This is so that she can order memory mates from multiple poses.
