PC - How to fix the issue of the studio information not being remembered for check out in ACIFLEX

Follow the instructions below if your studio information is not being remembered in ACIFLEX

1. Close ACIFLEX if it is open
2. On your keyboard, hold down the Windows key and press E to open the File Explorer

      3. In the File Explorer address bar type %userprofile% then hit ENTER on your keyboard

      4. Find the folder called .ACIFlex

      5. Delete the following files

• • ACIFlex.properties
  • Customer.xml

      6. Open ACIFlex

      7. Go to the home screen

      8. Enter your account number in the account number field after removing NEW CUSTOMER

      9. Click log in. Nothing will look like it happened.

    10. You will need to fill out your Studio information the first time but it should be remembered after that.
