How to order service items only from data and images in your FTP

1.       Use this link to go to the form http://ucform.orderschoolpix.com/ucforms/auth

2.       Log in using your email address and the password. (The password is usually your account number)

3.       Select the top left square that says underclass finishing form

4.       Type in the school name and hit next

5.       Select no for proof plan (this is if you need proof envelopes) Hit next.

6.       Order type. Select CSV. Then hit next     

7.       Image transfer. Images already sent through FTP. Hit next.

8.    Service Item Order only. Select yes. Hit next.

9. Select Order folder. Use the drop down to find the folder in your FTP that contains the data and images. Hit next.

10. Confirm FTP folder. This will list how many images and data forms are in the selected folder. Select yes. Hit next.

11. Confirm CSV file. make sure the correct CSV file is selected. Hit next.

12. Greenscreen Extraction. Select yes or no depending on if this is needed. Hit next.

13. Color correction. Select yes or no depending on if this is needed. Hit next.

14.   Reshoot or absentee. Select no. Hit next

15.   Last shoot. Hit yes. Hit next.

16.   Images already cropped. Select Yes. (These would have already been cropped on the original order.) Hit next.

17.   Head and shoulder recrop. Hit no. Hit yes.

18.   Sorting priority. Doesn’t matter what you select here. Hit next.

19.   Upload to orderschool pix. Select No. (These would have already been uploaded on the original order.) Hit next.

20.   Require Additional services. Select No. Hit next.

21.   Special instructions. Leave blank. Hit next. 

22.   Require school service items. Select yes. 

23.   From there answer the questions as they come up to get the service items you need. Let me know if you have any questions.

24.   Make sure at the end you confirm the order and print out the page that gives the order number to keep on file.
