Some Mac systems may not automatically open the ACI Flex Ordering Software when using Safari.
If this happens, Safari may have stored the downloaded file in your Downloads section within the browser or in your Downloads folder on your computer.
Look for a file named launch.jnlp.
- If you see a file with a number after it (for example,
launch-4.jnlp), that’s okay — the number just indicates how many times you’ve downloaded it. - Double-click the file (for example,
launch.jnlporlaunch-4.jnlp) to open and start the ACI Flex Ordering Software.
If Safari Doesn’t Work
If you’re unable to launch the software through Safari, try using an alternate browser such as Firefox or Google Chrome.
When using either of these browsers, the ACI Flex Ordering Software should launch automatically after clicking the ACI Flex icon, without needing to manually locate or open the downloaded file.
