How to Show Log

If a customer service rep asks you for your ACI Flex log, here are the steps you can follow.

1. On your ACI Flex home page, in the bottom right corner, click Diagnostic Tools.
2. Click Show Log.
3. Click Copy to Clipboard.
4. Paste this in an email to customer service at cs@acilab.com and send.
5. Exit out or click OK on the log.
