Underclass ID Card CSV File Requirements

When submitting an ID card order through the Underclass Finishing Form, you will need to provide a .csv file containing the information needed for each ID card.

Required Headers

The following headers are required and must be typed exactly as shown:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Image Name

Optional Headers

You may also include the following information if needed:

• Student ID
• Student or Faculty
• Grade
• Teacher
• Homeroom

Please make sure all required headers are spelled and formatted exactly as listed above so the information can be processed correctly.
