Submitting an ID card order

When you are submitting an ID card order through the underclass finishing form you will need a .csv file to get us the information needed on the cards. 

These Headers are required and must be typed exactly as shown:

• First Name 
• Last Name 
• Image Name

Optional:

• Student ID 
• Student or Faculty
• Grade 
• Teacher
• Homeroom
