When using the Ordering Software there are a lot of different tools that could be useful for you. Here is a rundown on somethings you might need to know about ACI Flex.
First, pick your item and size you are wanting. I've chosen a standard print sized at 4x6
This is what it should look like.
Using the arrows down below you can rotate it based on the image you are using.

Bottom Buttons
At the bottom row there is a list of other tools that follow the rotate tool, they include packaging, quantity, add to order, view cart, and holding options.
The packaging button allows the customer to put various different products into one package. This is mainly used for school pictures, sport pictures and more with multiple photography imagery.
The quantity area lets you change the number of prints you need of the photo being shown.
Add to order, is a simple way to add the photo to your cart and the view cart takes you there to view every photo added.
The holding options, when clicked, brings up a menu below with options including Hold Crop, Hold Options, Hold Quantity, Hold Images, and Auto Rotate.
- Hold Crop
- Preserve crop when an image of identical size is dragging into a node.
- Hold Options
- Preserve options between ordered images.
- Hold Quantity
- Preserve quantity between ordered items.
- Hold Images
- Preserves images between product changes.
- Auto Rotate
- Rotate images dropped on nodes to match size. (Must set direction in preferences)

Off of the main square order block, we have two more buttons that might be useful. Especially if you order
the same thing multiple times, the favorite buttons. When creating favorites can help you save your work
for future ordering.
Save current changes to this favorite helps you save all the work you did to a certain save of your choosing.
Save this as a new favorite product helps you create new favorites for ordering.
There is also a setting button on the far left that brings up more options when it comes to favorites. You have to be in the favorites tab to access this settings bar.
Under this bar you can then choose to Duplicate a Group, Rename a Favorite, Rename a Group, Delete a Favorite or Delete a Group.
Left Side Buttons
On the left side there are some options for moving, drawing, layers and more. These include from the top down, image tool, edit tool, draw tool, draw text tool, draw checkbox tool, background, layer up, layer down finishing with reset all the way in the bottom left corner.
- Image Tool
- This tool moves your image around in the space given.
- Edit Tool
- This tool helps you move images.
- Draw Tool
- This tool helps you draw layouts or boxes around images.
- Draw Text Tool
- This tool lets you add text to your image.
- Draw Checkbox Tool
- For use with Events.
- Background
- This tool puts a background on your entire layout.
- Layer Down
- This tool moves a layer down/below another layer.
- Layer Up
- This layer moves a layer up/above another layer.
- Reset
This tool resets everything!!! All your work will completely disappear and all images will be removed.
Image Buttons
On your image, when clicking, there are buttons at the bottom there as well to help you lock, rotate and zoom.
- Lock Image
- Use to keep an image in place.
- Crop or Fit
- This zooms out your image to fit the entire layout. (There will be white space)
- Zoom Bar
- Use to zoom into your image.
- Rotate Image
- Use to rotate your image 90 degrees.
- Down Arrow
- Leads you to the shift, this rotates your images freely. (if your image is crooked, use this)
Quick Tips
Double click to zoom all the way out back to your original print size or zoom in a couple paces.
Adding an image folder helps find your images faster, add them at the bottom left side, in the white rectangle below your design box, using the greed plus sign.
