PC - I received an Error 1001 message trying to launch/ install FLEX.

If you receive the following error while trying to load FLEX ordering software: 

Error 1001: Exception occurred while initializing the installation.
System.Argument Exception: String cannot have a zero length..

Here is how to fix this issue:

1. Open a file explorer and type %temp% into the address bar
2. This will take you to a folder that has a lot of files in it
3. In the file explorer search bar type in RWS
4. This should pull up some files, delete the following three files:
1. RWSCleanup.InstallState
2. RWSCleanup.txt
3. RWSCleanup.dll
5. Now you should be able to install MyACI
