Estimated product turnaround times
As we look at what UPS and USPS are predicting this year for their shipping schedules, we thought it would be wise to inform you in advance. Here are some important dates and times to consider heading into December and the Christmas and Holiday shipping crunch. Keep in mind that the dates below reflect your order being placed and in our hands by 1:00 CST on the days listed below:
- 5-day products: Friday, December 6, 2024
- 4-day products: Monday, December 9, 2024
- 3-day products: Tuesday, December 10, 2024
- 2-day products: Wednesday, December 11, 2024
- 1-day products: Thursday, December 12, 2024
Design requests for Design Studio must be submitted no later than Monday, November 25th.
You must approve and order albums no later than December 2nd.
We recommend that you order your Riveli Albums and other Books no later than Friday, Dec 6th, 2024. Any album or book orders that come in, we will do our best to get them through production, however, do to current shipping constraints, orders may not arrive in time for Christmas.
UPS 2024 Holiday Season Recommended Last Days to Ship for Dec. 24 Delivery
Friday, Dec. 20
Normal pickup and delivery service. This is the last day to ship UPS 2nd Day Air® packages for delivery on Tuesday, Dec. 24. UPS 3 D ay Select® packages picked up Dec. 20 will be scheduled for delivery on Friday, Dec. 27.24.
Monday, Dec. 23
Normal pickup and delivery service. This is the last day to ship UPS Next Day Air® packages for delivery on Tuesday, Dec. 24 with a UPS On-Call Pickup® service, a UPS Smart Pickup® service, or other prearranged, scheduled pickup, or by tendering a shipment at a The UPS Store® location or a UPS Authorized Service Location.
Tuesday, Dec. 24, Christmas Eve
Normal delivery service. Pickup service available only for Air and International Air* packages if prearranged by Thursday, Dec. 19. UPS On-Call Pickup® service is available for Air and international Air* packages. UPS Next Day Air® packages picked up today will be scheduled for delivery on Thursday, Dec. 26.
Wednesday, Dec. 25, Christmas Day
