STAFF - Variable addresses for printed envelopes

Hey guys and gals,

With BOGO here we are going to be getting this question again soon.  Can you put different address to addresses on printed envelopes. The answer is yes. 

Just have them send in the order including the printed envelopes to your attn with a note saying variable addresses needed. Then the other thing they will need to provide us is a excel file that has all the needed information. They would have a column for name, street address, city, state and zip. They will need to email that file to you. Once you have both of these pieces you can then take the order over to Sparky(Mark B)  with a note that you emailed him the data file. He will then prep it and get them ready for printing. Below is additional info on this.

We should be able to do this on any of the envelopes we offer printing on.

We prefer the file be in .csv format but if the customer does not know how to save it in this format any excel format should work. We would just convert it here to a .csv.
