If your orders are frequently coming into to us corrupt, you may instead save your ACI Flex orders and submit them to us via WeTransfer.
- Once you are ready to place your order, hit Complete and send order like you normally would
- During the checkout phase, you will come to a window that allows you to select your method of sending. (This window appears after the Promocode window)
On this window, select the option Save to disk for alternate delivery then hit Next > - A File Explorer window will pop-up where you can choose where to save the order file. For simplicity, we recommend saving the file to your desktop.
Please do not change the file name, use the file name the program gives it by default - After hitting Save you can find your order file in the location you saved it. The file extension will be .ro
- Now you will need to navigate to the website https://wetransfer.com/ and select the option "I Just want to send files" - you should not need to create an account in order to use the service.
- In the WeTransfer Upload files window:
Email to : cs@acilab.com
Your email : Please use your email address that ACI has on file for your account!
Title : Your customer number and your order's reference text
Message : Include "ROES Order Submission" in the message field, along with any other comments you need us to know about the order. - Hit the Transfer button to send the order to us!
We will download and drop the order for processing during our normal business hours, at which point you will receive a confirmation email that your order is being worked on.
