Every monitor has a different color to them.
We recommend calibrating your monitor.
Changes in lighting or just the passage of time can affect the colors of a monitor. You can calibrate your monitor by submitting an order for Free 8×10 calibration prints, up to 5 per order, and adjusting the color on your monitor to match the prints you receive back.
These prints are the first item located under the Main Catalog/Standard prints tab in the Flex ordering software.
We suggest that you send in images photographed in a variety of lighting situations such as low and high key and both indoor and outdoor as well as a black and white image.
These calibrations tests are not color corrected and are printed exactly as you have sent them to us. Once they are printed, our color department will make notations to let you know what corrections would need to be made in Photoshop to bring the image to our lab standard. We correct images based on lab standards for good skin tones.
Once you receive the prints, you can adjust your monitor to match them so you will be calibrated with the Lab.
