The printing software will only accept .jpg images. PNG images are accepted as long as we have what we need to put the ordered background in them.

We recommend your files to be sent at 250dpi at 8X10 format and allow for center cropping for other print sizes.  

SRGB, embed your files in this color space.

If they are .jpgs save them as baseline standard jpg in Photoshop.

The order will not go through if there are any special characters (30 character maximum) in the filename, these include: , ” ^ & * = | > ? ( ) ’ ~ [ ] / \

ACI products are printed at 250 dpi, with the exception of banners and wall clings, which are printed at 180 dpi. For additional information on file resolution, visit this website.
