Why did I receive an email my shipment was cancelled?

All this means is that when we printed out the label for your package, we selected something wrong before it printed, and we're fixing that mistake.  Here are some examples:

• You paid for UPS Overnight, but when we printed the label it was marked as UPS Ground.
• Or maybe we marked a drop ship as needing a signature, when it doesn't need one.

But you don't need to worry, we'll get your order out and to you or your customer the way it's supposed to be sent.
