A drop ship order is unlabeled packaging, sent directly to your customer, with the invoice sent to the studio.

Drop shipping is selected in the cart during checkout.

There is a $6.75 processing fee to drop ship an order to your customer. Multiple orders cannot be combined to the same address.  Each order is processed as an individual order.

• Please note: drop ship orders go out US Mail.

To upgrade your drop ship order:

Put it in Special Instructions or please call customer service, (800) 728-2722, to have orders upgraded.

• UPS - 2 day drop shipping upgrade is $6.75 +$20.
• UPS - Overnight shipping is $6.75+$45.

UPS (as a general rule) will not deliver any packages, parcels, or deliveries whatsoever to addresses that are PO boxes. UPS has written explicitly on their website that they only ever except shipments addressed to real, valid, and verifiable street addresses.

When drop shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or Canada, the cost to ship your order to these locations will be the actual cost from the shipping carrier and will be added to your order at invoicing plus the $6.75 drop fee .
