Multiple drop ship orders cannot be combined to the same address.
This leads to confusion and errors in our production and packaging department. Each order is processed as an individual order, so we will not be able to cancel and combine them together as one order.
You may receive multiple orders to your studio that have been combined in one shipment.
These orders have been combined manually by our team, and the orders will have separate invoicing. If you have paid for additional shipping fees on multiple orders, (UPS Overnight or 2-Day), and your order arrives in one package, these fees are not combined by our system and are non-refundable.
While we love to make our business accommodating to our customers, combining all in-house orders is not something our production flow system can easily account for. Our best practices ensure fast turn around and high-quality product.
