Getting Started with Marketing Flyers
OPS Email Marketing Program gives all OPS users a powerful tool to market to all their online clients. We understand you’re extremely busy and don’t have a lot of time to spare creating and managing your own email marketing campaigns. Which is why OPS’s email marketing program was created to be easy to set up and manage.
You can enroll any eligible project into the program on an individual basis with a simple click of your mouse. Once enrolled, contacts will be automatically collected for each visitor to the project. You can also upload a list of contacts for each project. Email addresses in the project data will be added as contacts. Marketing Emails will be sent to contacts based on their purchase status. Duplicate contacts are filtered automatically.
We offer 2 levels of email marketing, Basic (which is Free) or our Premium $10.00 (per project) service. Both our Basic and Premium email marketing services are Commission Free, your only out of pocket charge will be the Stripe credit card processing and transaction charges. ACI and OPS do not receive any revenue from your online sales, we make our money printing your orders.
1. Getting Started
Login to your OPS account admin page and click on the Email Marketing Link located on the 2nd Dark Blue links line.
2. Basic Email Marketing Service
OPS’s Basic Email Marketing Service is available to you on any project posted to OPS containing email addresses. Email addresses can be uploaded to your project by adding data in a .CSV file, manually ,or collected by OPS when your clients login to a project. Please review the bullet points above for service highlights.
Basic Email Marketing is a No Charge Service and all sales are Commission Free.
- - *An Initial Email is sent to contacts who have not already visited when the project is enrolled or when new contacts are added.
- - *Scheduled reminder emails go out to contacts that have not yet made a purchase.
- - *A final "Last Chance" notice is sent to all contacts 1 month before the project expires.
- - New visitors will be added to the contact pool and market based on purchase status.

3. Premium Email Marketing Service
OPS’s Premium Email Marketing Service has several additional options and a much higher degree of flexibility than our Basic email marketing service. Choose from Premium Email Marketing’s two levels of email marketing campaigns, Standard or Aggressive. Also you can choose to delay the start of your email campaigns and to limit your campaigns to everyone or only to individuals who have not previously purchased. Premium Email Marketing also offers you access to our Bulk Email Service which enables you to create custom emails and release them at your own time schedule.
Premium Email Marketing is only $10.00 per Project and all sales are Commission Free.

Prepay email Marketing is perfect for studios & schools preferring a Paperless/Touchless Money Envelope option. Using Prepay Emails will also relieve your schools and teachers from having to distribute and collect paper money envelopes. Also because all payments are made online, your studio will save countless time opening envelopes, accounting for cash, and depositing checks. Studios will also save considerable production time assigning prepay packages to each student for printing because OPS will convert your prepay packages to a print order for each student automatically!
(Note: This service requires the uploading of your project’s student data with parent email addresses prior to going live with a prepayment project.)
7. Marketing Flyers
Marketing Flyers are a terrific way for you to announce to your project’s parents their child’s photo(s) are available to view and purchase. Marketing Flyers are available at No Charge with our Premium Email Marketing service. Your Marketing Flyers are automatically designed on OPS using your project’s subject data to create a unique marketing flyer for each person listed in your project. You can sort your flyers to print by any column you posted with your data. (I.e. Homeroom, Teacher, Grade, etc.) Using your Windows Print Driver, you can print your Marketing Flyers on standard 8 ½ X 11 paper or as a PDF for a print shop or copy center printing.
8. Getting Started with Marketing Flyers
Login to your admin page and then click on the Email Marketing link located on the dark blue bar at the top left side of your screen.
Next find the project you need to Enroll into Premium Marketing and then click on the Enroll Premium button. (Note: There’s a $10.00 charge per project to enroll in Premium Email Marketing.)
After Enrolling your project, click on the Options button that is now available to your project.
Now on the Premium Email Marketing page, navigate down to the lower left side of the page and Click on the Print Marketing Slip button.
A new 81/2 x 11 Marketing Slip page will open where you can Sort your project’s Marketing Slips by first and last name, or Filter by any data column listed in the drop down window.
After you have set up the Sorting and Filters for your Marketing Slips, you’ll be all set to print your flyers by Pressing on your keyboard’s Ctrl & P Keys to activate your Windows Printing program.
(Note if you prefer your Window’s Printing App will also allow you to export your Flyers as PDF’s so you can have them printed at a Printer or Copy Center.)
