Before you Begin: The instructions below have been written specifically for OPS accounts using an outside vendors image match software, such as PhotoLynx's Flow software. Your project should have already been photographed and the subject images matched to its data and (if required) groups matched to individuals. Your data and Images should be all set to be posted to OPS for client purchases.
If you are seeking out software for a project requiring image matching and OPS online posting, we recommend you review our Paper QR Code for Image Matching, Mobile Device QR Code for Image Matching, or Opticon Image Matching software to see which program fits best for your studio.
The following instructions are intended for studios requiring a Proof Project (multiple images of the same subject) and Batch (Volume) Printing. Our Proof Project workflow is not recommended to be used in conjunction with PrePays.
OPS New Users: If you are a new user of OPS, you should have your Stripe account setup completed and Stripe’s Live Keys pasted into your OPS payment page. Also we recommend you have your OPS price list setup and ready for ordering before going live with your project.
Getting Started
Please double check your .CSV file’s data and make sure it contains a minimum of the following data columns, First Name, Last Name, Ticketcode and or Student ID, Image Name (with .jpg extensions). Teacher, Grade, and Homeroom columns are optional, but we do recommend having data in the Teacher or Homeroom columns depending on how you are shooting your Group Photos. Also getting the parent's email addresses of every student in the school's data is critical. Most studios that use OPS’s email marketing program for notifying parents about their child’s photos being available online for review and purchase essential.
