The FLEX ROES software will assign "working sRGB" it as your order downloads into our production software, and will discard other profiles. This may cause a color shift. The only way we would know if your file is not in the correct color space is if we open it in Photoshop. We do not check orders prior to production.
To covert from Adobe 1998 to Working sRGB:
Open the image in photoshop. Next Click "Edit" > "Assign Profile". If you toggle between "Working RGB" and "Profile" at the bottom, you will see a color shift. Hit "Cancel". You will need to convert the image to the correct profile FIRST.
Now, CONVERT (Edit > Convert to profile. Destination space should be SrGB IEC61966-2.1, Engine should be Adobe (ACE), Intent should be Relative Colorimetric, and both check boxes below should be checked). The color should remain the same. Then Click "OK".
Now you ASSIGN the profile, (Edit > Assign Profile) and you should NOT see the color shift.
