Setting Up Multipose Packages

The instructions below are based on OPS users who are familiar with setting up an OPS Price List and already have Packages in their price lists. If you are new to OPS and have not yet setup your prices, we recommend you visit our online Order Pix Suite Price Guide and review our Package Builder Pricing setup on pages #43 - #47. The link to our OPS Price Guide can be found at the top right of your OPS admin page, right next to your Logout link. (See Photo Below.)

Multipose Package Pricing

Multipose Packages are extremely popular in the HS Senior and Family Portrait marketplace. They can also be a great profit builder for studios when set up properly. We recommend Multipose packages be employed by studio owners as an incentive to move clients to larger packages. The reward being of course the option of being able to order the package from more than one image. Multipose Packages can be added to any new or existing OPS package. 

One important note on offering multipose packages: If you’re planning on offering file downloads with print packages or as file downloads only package, your package file download quantity must equal the number of poses allowed for the package. Which means if your package offers a 4-pose file download, you must set up the package as a 4-pose multipose package. Doing this will allow your clients to select 4 different poses for download. It will also allow the client to use 4 different poses when ordering their package prints.

Getting Started with Multipose Packages

Click on the Pricing link on your Admin page, then click on the Price List you would like to add Multipose packages to……… 

When your Price List page opens, click on the Packages Tab link.

On the Packages page, locate the package you would like to add a Multipose option to and then click on the Set Multi Pose Button.

*If the Multi Pose option is not showing to the right of the package. Make sure to put in a price for the package and then hit save at the top of the screen. The option should show up then. 

A Multipose control window will open with 3 Options. Select Yes to allow this package to offer Multiposes, Select the Number of Poses allowed on this package and then enter the Price you want to charge your client if they select more than the allowed number of poses for this package. (Note: Charging an additional fee is not mandatory, but is recommended. Especially if you include retouching with all your images ordered.)

Please be sure to click on the Save button at the bottom of the window to ensure your changes are made to this package.

On your OPS Client Gallery Page, your client can place a package order by clicking on the Next button.

The client's shopping cart opens and displays the image they selected along with the  package number/letter. The package box also displays a Red Select Poses button. Your client clicks on the select poses button and a new Select Poses window opens.

In the Select Poses window, your client will be able to navigate through all the images posted to their gallery and select their favorite images to be printed by clicking on each image and dragging it to a print size or digital file opening. In the image below the client has added new images into several print size layouts. A Poses Report Box at the bottom of the Select Poses window displays the Maximum number of poses allowed, the current number of poses used, and the number of poses they have exceeded over the maximum allowed. A price line at the bottom of the report displays the price for exceeding their maximum number of poses for this package.

Note: If you shoot Green Screen projects, you can also offer Multiple Backgrounds to your packages.

Setting Up Multiple Green Screen Backgrounds

We recommend you set up your Green Screen Background sets before adding Multiple Background options to your packages. Instructions on how to set up Green Screen Background sets can be found on pages #52 - #59 in our Order Pix Suite Price Guide. The link to our OPS Price Guide can be found at the top right of your OPS admin page, right next to your Logout link. (See Photo Below.)

How to offer Multiple Green Screen Backgrounds

Setting up Multi Green Screen Backgrounds in a price catalog works exactly the same way as setting up Multiple Poses. Follow the instructions on pages #1 & #2 of this document to activate Multi Backgrounds at the bottom of the Pop-up window. Also, you can limit the number of backgrounds your client can order at no additional charge and add a fee if a client uses more than the allowed number of backgrounds.

On your OPS Client Gallery Page, your client places an order for a package by clicking on the Next button.

Adding Finishing Options to your OPS Prints

ACI’s standard finishing options are available on nearly all of OSP’s reprints. Adding mounting & spraying to your finished portraits is easy, simply login to your OSP Admin Page and Click on the Pricing link, then click on the Edit button next to the price list you would like to add print finishing to.

Click on the Single (prints) tab when your Price List page opens.

After the Single Print page opens, you can select as many different print sizes you like for print finishing. (Don’t forget to price all the print sizes you would like to offer.)

Click on the Re-Order Options button to add Print Finishing.

When your reorder option window opens, you will be able to add three different styles of Coating & Print Mounting. Please note only one style will be available to your client. The Display Description boxes for both coating and mounting are defaulted to Yes. If you prefer the product descriptions be turned off, simple click on the No button for each service. Lastly as always don’t forget to Click on the Save button so your preferences are saved on the OPS server.

Artistry Packaging

If you would like your OPS clients to have the full Studio Boutique packaging experience, we will place your 11x14 and smaller prints into one of our Artistry Boxes before drop shipping the order to your client. 

Artistry Packaging can be activated on any of your OPS Price List by Clicking on the Price List Options tab in OPS and then clicking on the Yes button in the Artistry Box section on the bottom right side of the page. Please note ACI will use the largest print size box your client orders up to 11x14. Additional prints same size or smaller will also be placed in the same box. 

(Please note: ACI will not “over stuff” prints into your Artistry Box. We will automatically include another box into your order and charge your account accordingly.)
